Dhai / Yoghurt Sauce
250ml plain yoghurt
1 handful dhanya, chopped
1 – 3 chillies, chopped
1 clove garlic, crushed
Pour the yoghurt into a small bowl. Add the salt, dhanya, chillies and garlic.
Stir well to combine. Serve with Akhni, Breyani, Curry, etc.
