3 Cheese Samosa

 

Ingredients:

½ cup mozzarella cheese, grated

½ cup processed cheese, grated

½ cup cottage cheese

1 teaspoon crushed red chillies

3 tablespoons fresh dhanya, chopped

 

Mix all the ingredients together, ready for filling your samosa leaves.  Fry as you normally would.
